Giles Taylor founded Leighton Taylor in 2009. With unrivalled experience across the whole professional services sector, he was one of the first to recognise the huge potential for marketing and business development within partnership environments. To date Giles has spent over 14 years recruiting exclusively in this area, building a strong track record of filling vacancies especially at a senior level.

Colette Norfolk
Colette Norfolk has spent over 11 years recruiting marketing and business development roles in the professional services sector. She joined Leighton Taylor as a Director in 2010 from Resources Group (where she worked previously with Giles for 10 years). She has a wealth of experience and contacts in the industry and her straightforward and honest advice has already helped hundreds of candidates and clients find their ideal matches.
